This may not be realistic for everyone, but damn. I hope I can do that after this one!
Working out as soon as you’ve had your baby is not ideal. You need time to recover after birth and rest for about 6 months, I don’t care what anyone else says. Eating right and doing light exercise like walking is probably the best way forward :)
My excuse will be that I don’t want to.
My excuse is I have diastasis recti. So I need surgery whether I work it or not
This isn’t my video, but my stomach does the exact same thing.
It’s horrifying.
I really hope it heals on its own…or that the surgery is covered by insurance.

Mine is gotten much better on its own but some day I hope to get a tummy tuck. Probably when I’m 30
May 4th of last year I was sent on maternity leave early due to ordered bed rest because of my pre-eclampsia.

Medicine did not work in am, no dilation of my cervix
Another round of medicine, more contractions. Tons of precautions cuz of my anemia and preeclampsia.
